Dave Scott on Post Race Fueling

On Tuesday, we shared Dave Scott’s tips and calculations for proper race and training nutrition.  After your race, it’s essential to replace glycogen stores and simple sugars.  According to Dave, it’s essential to consume proper nutrients within 15 to 45 minutes.  Just say no to the chili, hamburgers, and fruit.  Details below.
