Beginner Triathlon = 400m swim / 10ml bike / 2ml run

Intermediate Triathlon = 1000m swim / 17ml bike / 4ml run

Intermediate Duathlon = 4ml Run / 17ml bike / 4ml run

Intermediate Aquabike = 1000m swim / 17ml bike

1/3 Iron Triathlon = 2000m swim / 34ml bike / 8ml run

1/3 Iron Duathlon = 4ml run / 34ml bike / 8ml run

1/3 Iron Aquabike = 2000m swim / 34ml bike

2000m Open Swim = 1.2 mile swim only

5000m Open Swim = 3.1 mile swim only
