Perfect venue for a triathlon, with clean mountain fresh water and the party occurring in the beautiful Nimbus Flat State Park.
The Folsom Sprint Triathlon will fill a void for a lack of sprint distance triathlons in the Folsom / Sacramento area. This event will attract racers from all over the State. Participants will range from the beginner age group and to the triathlete looking to use the event as a training day. Warm sun, great music, gourmet food, awards and laughter are only to be found at the Folsom Triathlons where triathletes and their families can come and enjoy all that Folsom has to offer from lodging, dining, entertainment and shopping in historic Downtown Folsom.

14-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80+, female Athena (over 165 lbs), male Clydesdale (over 220 lbs.).
