After reading and writing the review for Born to Run we started thinking more about our running style and how our foot strikes the ground. I don’t think the team here at FitEgg is going to start barefoot running anytime soon, but after watching some of the videos of heel striking impact versus forefoot striking, we’re pretty interested in how to improve our posture.
