This week, our tips are going to focus on running styles and running techniques that you may have heard of but might not be familiar to you. The first video is a great slow motion shot of the Pose method of running. Basically, you want to land with your body over the ball of your foot, lean forward to take advantage of gravity and pull you foot from the ground using your hamstrings.
